I have two friends with sleep apnea. They each lost about 20 pounds and the sleep apnea went away. No more machine. I say change your lifestyle a little and give up the mask. It's worth it. Sucks to have to sleep with that on your face.
My mask does not look like that. Mine has a little tube the size of a pill bottle that sits underneath my nose. I don't think I could sleep with the mask you have. Check into a less "huge, in the way ass" mask.
