Do you know that you have to make a quota to get paid ANY commission??? You have to, to make ANY of your commission. If you don't make that "quota" you don't even get paid for the ones BELOW the quota that you DID close!!! WTF?????? You just get your "base" salary...which is pretty damn low... I guess in the sales world, that's supposed to be some fucked up kinda "motivation"....whatever. Not the kid.

Sales is a bitch let me tell you. I make more in commission than in base so base salary is NEVER good enough. Its rough out there. I NEVER thought I'd be a commissioned sales person. Five years later I'm working it out. Never say what u wont or can't do.
